Please notify us immediately if services are no longer required. The retainer will be forfeited and is non-refundable. In the event the client cancels the service(s) for a wedding less than 30 days prior to the reserved date, the client is liable for the full remainder of the contracted balance. If there are any scheduling conflicts, alternate dates can be discussed. However, if a client wishes to cancel and reschedule a personal service (ie. engagement session, bridal trial, photo shoot, etc.) within 48 hrs, a $50 re-booking fee will be added to the next booked session.

Zoom bookings are $25 for 20 minutes to go over what is recommended for the look you wish to achieve. During this time you can let us know the type of dress you will have and colour schemes to be sure your entire vision comes to life.

In person trials are $150 for makeup and $210 for both hair and makeup (this does not include potential travel or parking fees). This session will last approx. 1.5 hours depending on the final look and what services are requested. During this time the full beauty services will be applied while going over images or themes you wish to work with. The artist will make sure the look and your personal comfort are at the top of their mind. Once the look is approved images will be taken and saved to your file. In the next few days you may send your own personal notes that will be updated in your file for the official beauty application date.

For bookings made 2 months prior to the wedding date, payment is expected in full on or before 45 days before event date payable by Cash/Paypal/Credit Card for

the remaining balance.

If the event date is booked less than 2 months, the full balance

is due at the time of booking. Cash/Paypal/Credit Card are accepted for the initial fee

(see above for terms of initial payment). Credit/debit cards are accepted & require an additional 5% processing fee. This is non-negotiable.

A late fee of $30 will be charged for every 15 minutes of delay when a client is late

for a scheduled appointment time, or if the scheduled makeup time exceeds the allotted times because of client delays. This will be paid for in cash before the artist or client leaves. This also includes anyone in your booked party. If the client (or anyone in your party) is late on the event date, that time is deducted from the appointment time. If the artist is not finished at the end of the allotted time because of tardiness the artist will have to start the next client. If the artist has time at the end they will finish the person who was late. The artist is not responsible for tardiness and unfinished makeup due to the client being late. This late policy is the same for Trial Runs. This is Non-Negotiable.
